Who knew I had such nuts for kids:). Marley is going through this hilarious stage right now. She knows she is funny and loves to ham it up for the camera. This was her pose of the night, obviously. Luckily, she is also going through one of the sweetest phases ever...example...the kiss:). She will randomly come up to me, look me in the eyes, touch my face, and say, "Mommy, I yuv you." Then kiss me:). Oh I have the best kids ever.

My baby is growing up:(

Wow. I cannot believe the time has come already to register Matix in soccer! It seems like yesterday that I brought him home from the hospital. Time sure does fly! Speaking of which, Matix went through this stage after he turned 4 in February where all he would talk about was turning 5. No joke, he'd wake up and first thing out of his mouth before his eyes were even open was, "Am I 5 yet?" Everyday, "No Matix, you have 363 days left..."...next day, "Mom! Am I 5 YET????" "No, hun...362 days to go!" It was cute:). This continued on until his 4 year well-visit with the doctor when he realized that every year he had to go to the doctor to get shots after his birthday. Needless to say, he makes it very clear now that he hopes to stay 4 forever!:)

Soccer is a blast with Coach Keith and Coach Dave! They really know how to win a game;). Okay, that was a bit sarcastic...I can't help but laugh at the email that Keith sends out after our kids take a beating on Saturday. It goes something like this..."Dear Parents, Once again, we were playing a team MUCH older than us. Either that or the kids were direct descendants of Pele of Brazil. The issue is currently under investigation." Thanks for softening the blow, Keith!:)

Thank goodness for that necklace or I might not be able to tell which was the intentional "bob" haircut. Gosh, Matix, I'm sorry buddy...I guess we got all the practice we needed with Matix to ensure perfection with Mar's style. I must say, he did have some luscious locks.

Ringing in the New Year!

We rang in the new year with some of our favorite friends and their kids. The Host and Hostess with the Mostest award of the year goes to Brit and Jason! You guys throw a rockin party! We partied the night away playing some fun games...including one I probably shouldn't talk about!!!!! Thanks again! I can't believe how behind I am with this:). The Host and Hostess themselves...
