70 years old, and I swear that man could outrun any one my own age. He really has the heart and body younger than most 35 year old's I know. Grandpa Jack turned 70 this week so we had a big surprise party at Vito's Pizza last weekend. It was great to see all of my aunts, uncles, and cousins on my dad's side again. I think this was the first get-together we have had in YEARS (very possibly 10+ years) where everyone was able to make it. Here's the Birthday Boy and our sweet grandma...SURPRISE!!!!!

So there you have it, the 70th Birthday Bash of one of the most wonderful people I have ever known in my lifetime, My Grandpa. I feel so blessed to have such a great man at the head of our big 'ol family. He really has taught us all a lot and has been a great source of advice for me in my life personally. I am grateful to be able to call him Grandpa. Happy Birthday Grandpa!!

Heidi, I should have gone to the snow, but I didn't know how Bentley would react so instead I just to him to the park on the swings and Jason had to work (go figure...always working)! Ugh! ANyway, I am glad you guys went, I bet your kids had so much fun :) PR is the best, they always do the funnest things. Ok, how could they say you look like Dr. Suess...you look GEORGEOUS!!!! I LOVE that dress and your boots! Where did you get those brown flat ones from the other night and those black ones (I need to find some cute flat ones)! Ok, I am rambling but one more thing...your Grandpa looks so Young and adorable, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Glad you guys had so much fun :) Love the pic of Marley and your mom...too stinkin cute :)

That was so fun reading up on your family party. You may find this the same, but my appreciation for my grandparents grows and grows as time goes on. It's like the more you learn in life, the more you understand there is SO MUCH MORE TO KNOW! And who better to listen to then our grandparents who have been through it all! Great pictures. Darling family.

Heidi, I'm sure I'm just way too tired or crazy or something but I swear your Grandma Sue looks way familiar, like how would I recognize that face so well? Maybe I'm just crazy but I swear I have seen her before!
